We guarantee our comics to grade as a 9.2 or better, unless otherwise stated. We cannot guarantee a grade of 9.8 on raw books, or matching set numbers! We will do everything in our power to accommodate every request you may have.
We strive to ship all pre-orders within 3 days of the release date, but it may take up to 3 weeks if there are any damaged books that need to be replaced.
There are no refunds on pre-ordered books. We will do our best to accommodate and make any issues right by you, within reason.
