By purchasing or accessing any posing reference photo pack (“Content”) from James Welch / Mad Love Comics & Art, LLC. (“Licensor”), you (“User”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Content solely for artistic reference purposes.
You may:

  • Use the images to study poses, lighting, anatomy, or composition.
  • Create original artworks (illustrations, paintings, sculptures, digital art, etc.) inspired by the Content.
  • Sell or share your own artworks created using the Content as reference.
  • No credit is required when the images are used for reference only.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share, resell, redistribute, gift, or upload the Content (in whole or in part) in any form, whether modified or unmodified.
  • Publish the original photographs on social media, websites, cloud storage, or file-sharing platforms.
  • Use the photographs for AI training, NFTs, or any automated data collection purposes.
  • Claim ownership, authorship, or copyright of the original photographs.
  • Share or distribute any passwords, download links, or website access credentials provided to you.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate revocation of your license and denial of future access.

3. Commercial Artwork

You may sell or display artworks created using the Content as reference, provided that the original photos themselves are not included, resold, or republished in any way.
If you wish to use the original images for commercial projects (e.g., advertising, book covers, or promotional materials that feature the actual photographs), you must obtain written permission from the Licensor.

4. Ownership & Copyright

All photographs and associated materials remain the exclusive property of [Your Name / Studio Name].
No transfer of copyright or ownership is granted by this agreement.

5. Disclaimer

The Content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of the Content.

6. Enforcement

Licensor reserves the right to revoke access and pursue legal action against any user found in violation of these terms.
